Southampton, Bermuda (October 30, 2021) — The 2021 Butterfield Bermuda Championship will conclude tomorrow with the Championship Round Fueled by Rubis. Tee times will start at 7:45 a.m. with golfers teeing off from both Hole #1 and #10. Play is estimated to end at 2:45 p.m. with the closing ceremony taking place on the 18th green. All hospitality areas will be open for ticketholders and, weather-permitting, the venues will remain open to patrons after play until 4:00 p.m.

Making His Mark
Taylor Pendrith (-17) has a three-stroke lead heading into the Championship Round Fueled by Rubis. Pendrith shot a third round 65 to tie the tournament record for low 54-hole score, set by Harry Higgs in 2019. Add his course and tourney-record 61 yesterday to it and Pendrith now owns the lowest back-to-back rounds score as well at 126, besting the mark of 129 set by Brendon Todd in 2019.

Chasing the Leader
Danny Lee (-14) is three strokes back at 199 while Lucas Herbert (-13) is four back of the leader. Patrick Rodgers (-12) and Vincent Whaley (-12) are five shots back at -12.

Not Giving Back the Trophy Yet
Defending champion Brian Gay (-7) posted the low round of the day, matching Ben Kohles as each carded a 64. Gay, who made the cut at even par, had a bogey-free round with seven birdies.
